2014 Thrive Scholarships

Applications for the 2014 Serotonin Surge Thrive Scholarships will be available on this blog beginning the first week of December, 2013.  Applicants must be seniors in high school who are scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2014.  One or more parents must work for Kaiser Permanente in the Greater Sacramento region (Roseville, Sacramento, South Sacramento and their associated clinics).  Winners will be chosen based on a combination of demonstrated achievement in the areas of academics, extracurricular activities, leadership, and community service.  Approximately 12-14 Thrive Scholars will each receive $1000 awards.  The deadline for submitting the application is February 14th, 2014 (Valentine's Day).
